The Youth Angler must be 15 years or younger on 9/15/24.
The Youth Angler must be on the Boat during fish days to qualify.
The Youth Angler must be in the required Fish picture with the boat number.
The Youth Angler does not have to reel the fish in but has to be a part of the Team.
